We offer full range of products, like pre-coated spring wire, hard drawn spring wire, oil tempered spring wire, stainless spring wire, shaped wire etc.
Comprehensive knowledge and deep research on metal material, enable us to develop, manufacture high performance wire products, to meet your special demands..
To adapt your preference, Bekaert offers variable package like tyre-like coi, coil with/without spider, spool, spool less coi. We make sure our products are easy to use on arrival to your hands.
Pre-coated Spring Wire
We offer tailor made pre-coated spring wire, hot dip galvanized, e-galvanized, copper coated, nickle coated to meet your different needs.
Bekaert Bezinal® coating can replace post coating, meet more strict requirement on environmental protection and low-carbon emission.
Bezinal® coated wire has much higher corrosion resistance than galvanized wire, and its cut ends offer excellent cathode protection.

Spring Wire

Oil Tempered Spring Wire
Wire is drawn to final diameter, then apply heat treatment to let oil tempered wire has more homogeneous property than hard drawn spring wire, suitable for high fatigue, dynamic, high temperature applications like suspension spring etc.

Shaped spring Wire

Stainless Spring Wire
Stainless spring wire is suitable for the applications which have high requirements on corrosion resistance, high temperature etc. Bekaert offers variable stainless or alloyed spring wire to meet your special needs, key related stainless grades are 302.304 and 316.

Stainless Spring Wire
Stainless spring wire is suitable for the applications which have high requirements on corrosion resistance, high temperature etc. Bekaert offers variable stainless or alloyed spring wire to meet your special needs, key related stainless grades are 302.304 and 316.

Tyre-like Coil
Wire coil is wrapped with anti-rust paper or plastic film, then is put in sealed plastic bag and is put in metal drum or wooden box.

Coil with/without spider
Wire is taken-up on spider and can be put on pay-off platform directly, or remove spider and delivered, customer loads it on spider when use.

Spoolless Coil
Wire is taken-up closely on paper core, is put into a sealed plastic bag and is fixed on wooden pallet. Spoolless coi can be put on pay-off platform of spring machine directly, also can be put on a spool when using.
